Momofuku Ssäm Bar

Stopped at ssam bar on one of my “old man walks” yesterday. Food was good, but a bit expensive. The pork buns are a classic, and the other dishes had good flavour combinations. It’s freezing file here in New York, so I was dying for a cup of coffee when I sat down, nut they don’t serve hot beverages. Why would a restaurant make that choice?
